Pacific Law Limited was delighted to host Miss Harriet Sionetama from the beautiful island of Niue as a legal intern for one month. Ms. Sionetama is a distinguished graduate from the University of the South Pacific (USP), where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB). She is currently advancing her legal education by undertaking a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, which she is set to complete by the end of June 2024.
Miss Sionetama shared her aspirations and dedication towards the legal profession and is thankful to her host nation: “I have spent two and a half years studying here in Vanuatu and hope to one day work and provide in whatever way I can for this beautiful country.”
Her ambition to become a lawyer is driven by a deep commitment to justice and public service. “Becoming a lawyer has always been an ambition of mine. I am excited to engage in relevant opportunities and, likewise, contribute to society in the advocacy of justice and the shaping of public policies.”
